A fully equipped gym with friendly fitness staff available to help, personal training can be arranged. We have a busy group training schedule with classes from Zumba to Spinning. An Astroturf and football pitches available for hire as well as coached football sessions with Millwall. We offer sports including badminton and table tennis for casual use. On site there is also a library with computer use and health care facilities!
