Committed to providing leisure and fitness facilities to the local community, we offer casual swimming and swimming lessons for adults and children. A fully equipped gym with friendly fitness staff available to help, personal training can be arranged. We have a busy group training schedule with classes from Zumba to Spinning. An Astroturf and football pitches available for hire as well as coached football sessions with Millwall. We offer sports including badminton and table tennis for casual use. On site there is also a library with computer use and health care facilities!
