We got our start in 2013 in the backyard of our very own Coach, Cisco Rodriguez. Coach Cisco is a certified USA Boxing Coach as well as Rocksteady Boxing Certified. He was a professional bantam weight boxer. After hanging up his career gloves, he had a burning desire to help our communities at risk youth. He started this by inviting local kids to his home to teach them proper boxing techniques and to get them off the streets during evening hours. Shortly thereafter, he had so many kids coming that he decided to make a go of offering his classes at a business facility. We are now in our fourth year of serving Carson City and we just keep growing. Our boxing training classes provide a great workout for the whole family. We also offer all female cardio and strength classes as well as cater to people with Parkinson's Disease.We also have a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist on site and offer personal training sessions. Come on down to 1701 S Sutro Terrace in North Carson City and see what we do. Remember, your first class is always FREE!
