Our state of the art kit includes the largest free weight area and largest functional training rig in Gloucestershire, a large core and stretch area, over 160 set of dumbbells ranging from 1 - 70kg, plus a large cardio area with brand new touch screen technology!

We have on board some top award winning female and male personal trainers who are here to help you achieve your goals. They will put together a bespoke training plan based on your needs and will give you support and advice every step of the way.

Our on-site shop has all you can need including a full selection of protein and nutrition supplements. fresh smoothies and deluxe coffee.
