TreBella Wigs specializes in creating and customizing hand made wigs including u-parts, full wigs, half wigs/falls and closure wigs. We offer superior quality and craftsmanship, all at affordable prices.

Getting a custom made unit has never been easier nor more cost effective. Our entire process is completed online. That means no worry, no hassle and no waiting in a salon! You can order your TreBella unit from anywhere at any time. First, you decide the type of wig you would like to have constructed, for example (full, u-part, closure or half wig). Then you proceed to book your online appointment here: trebellawigs.com.

*****PLEASE NOTE***** TreBella Wigs will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This amount will be due immediately. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the unit is complete. If you'd like to pay in full at the time of booking your appointment you will have the option to do so. After payment has been made you will receive an email confirmation of payment.

$185- Standard appointment /Turnaround time= 10-14 business days after your appointment.
$260- Emergency Appointment /Turnaround time= 5-7 business days after your appointment.
$350- Emergency Appointment /Turnaround time= 1-3 business days after your appointment.

Please read below for the answers to the most common questions.

I booked my appointment, now what? Answer- Send your items to arrive within 3 days of your appointment. We strongly suggest items be sent to us by way of USPS priority mail/signature required and that customers note the weight of their packages at the time of shipping. Once the package has been sent to TreBella Wigs we ask that the customer notify us and provide us with a tracking number. Once the package is received we will send you a confirmation e-mail of receipt and request inspiration pictures if needed. After construction we will update you with pictures of your TreBella unit for review and invoice you for the remaining balance. Once final payment has been made your new TreBella wig will be sent out to you and you will be provided a tracking number. That's it!!

Do you provide the hair? Answer - Sometimes. Hair for custom units is provided by the customer. We STRONGLY suggest the use of quality hair to ensure the beauty and longevity of your unit, however any type of wefted hair can be used. Remember your wig is only as good as the hair being used to craft it. If the hair sent to us is low quality it will become problematic thus making the quality of the wig construction inconsequential. TreBella Wigs provides high quality hair in the construction of ALL Pre-Fab/Ready to ship units.

Do you provide clips/combs? If so, what kind? Answer - Yes. We attach 5 "wire combs" to all u-part wigs to include two at the "u", two at the temples and one at the nape. Four combs are used for closure, full and half wigs, to include one at each temple and two at the nape. If customers prefer the use of snap clips they can send them along with their hair.

Do you sew through wefts? Answer - We primarily sew around the wefts.

Do you work with hand-tied wefts? Answer - No, only machine wefts.

Do you split tracks or double wefts? Answer - No.

Can the unit be sewn down? Answer- Yes.

Is there an additional fee for wigs using 3+ bundles? Answer - Yes. Additional bundles over three are $10 per bundle.

Is shipping included in your price? Answer- Yes and No. Shipping costs will be added to any orders paid in full. If you opt to pay your 50% deposit the shipping will be added your final invoice. TreBella Wigs will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses by way of USPS priority mail/signature confirmation. Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $13.65. International shipping will be calculated based on location.

What is your turnaround time? Answer - Our turnaround time up to 14 business for standard appointments , days barring any adjustments requested by the customer after final review of the wig. Rush services (when available) are also provided at an additional cost.

What type of cap do you use? Answer - It varies. Primarily we use a japanese swim cap. We ask that the customer provide the cap if they have a particular preference regarding the type of cap used. {i.e. specific sizes, material used etc). We can work with all cap styles so it is up to the customer's discretion.

Do you offer coloring services? Answer- Yes, we offer basic custom coloring services in black, brown, auburn, blonde.

What payment methods do you accept? Answer - We accept PayPal, Bill Me Later and all major credit cards.

What if I cannot pay my balance? Answer- TreBella Wigs will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for ALL appointments. The remaining balance due will be invoiced once the unit is complete. Balance invoices sent after the completion of your TreBella Wigs unit must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If payment is not received within 24 hours a late fee of $25 will be assessed in addition to a storage fee of $10 per day up to 30 days . After 30 days of non-payment, the customer relinquishes their deposit, finished unit and any additional hair/items provided to TreBella Wigs .

Can I submit a picture of what I want? Answer - ABSOLUTELY! Pictures are welcome and encouraged.
