A long established form of exercise, FLexercise takes participants on a journey through the seven principles as developed by our Founder Mary Bagot Stack. With posture and core control at the centre of every class you will learn how to blend strong, safe and effective exercise with movement in a supportive setting.
The FLexercise system is only taught by teachers trained and qualified by FLexercise. Our qualification is recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level 3 and our classes are based on sound knowledge of the way the body moves.
