Varrie fell in love with yoga in 2009 and has practised many styles over the years, however her passion lies with Vinyasa Flow.
Varrie's aim is to unite the body, mind and breath through a combination of Seasonal Yoga & Vinyasa Flow. Her classes build heat through a fluid sequence of postures lead by conscious breath, with each pose bringing precision and alignment to create strength and flexibility, whilst detoxifying and revitalising the body.
