My classes involve Cardio/strength interval training. We do many different exercises which we can modify from beginner to advanced.We do use weights,tubing and stability balls. Starting September again i have classes on Monday Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:30, 10am(50and over) Its $80 for 3 days a week.
I have a 6:00pm Monday and Wednesdays month is $60. I am hoping to have a third class for the people who want it.I have punch card system 10 classes/$85 or 5Classes/$42.50 and drop in for $9. Classes. All classes are 1hr long.
