Biography
Born in the UK. i have been practising yoga for 20 years , formally a gymnast. In the last two years i have begun to incorporate yoga into my every day life and am now a fully qualified 300 hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher. My classes are a mix of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga integrating breathing, alignment, and core work with poses and sequences. Each class is designed to energise, revitalise, and make you feel great..
