Our unique classes have been carefully designed to cater for all fitness levels. Here at BOx we like to think we tick all the boxes when it comes to fitness. All of our classes are non contact, and last 45-60 minutes. That means the only thing you will be hitting is our top of the range water filled punch bags (which don’t hit back). All we ask is that you think outside the box and open your mind to a new experience; one you’ll hopefully be desperate to revisit.
