We have a qualified PT3 who can offer one to one training. This includes a personally tailored programme designed to achieve your goal. You will receive monthly progress reports so you can track your achievements along the way. Nutritional advice is also available on request by a level 3 Sports Nutritionist.
Also on offer are a variety of small classes with our PT3 and Level 1 Strength & Conditioning coach who will both observe trainees in class to adjust positional movements to give you the maximum results using the correct techniques.
