As a Physiotherapist, I teach with a strong focus on alignment, technique and aim to increase and improve your own self-awareness of both your body and your breath. My yoga training was in India, in Ashtanga Yoga, and I combine this style with other yogic influences to take you through a dynamic warm up, into a series of asanas (which vary week to week) and finish with a five minute guided relaxation.
