I am a qualified massage therapist holding a Certificate IV in Massage Practice with 3.5 years experience in Deep Tissue, Remedial massage techniques including Myofascial Release, Sport massage (pre and post event), Stretching advice and passive stretching post massage integrating Thai Massage techniques, Relaxation (Swedish), Kahuna Hot Stone massage, Aromatherapy and Prenatal massage.

I am dedicated to personal growth and continuing education and I believe in working together with my clients to actively encourage and motivate them to participate with me to their self-healing journey.

As I believe that body, mind and soul can benefit from massage therapy, my main mission is to be able to ease pain, to give relief and to correct any blockages, deficiencies and imbalances in the flow of energy!
