With over 35 years experience in all aspects of the fitness industry plus two first class honours degrees in Health and Exercise science Mike, Leica and their son Laszlo have possibly the most experience and the highest level of qualifications of any gym. They have trained raw beginners, top amateurs right through to top professionals competing at the Mr. Olympia.
