Specialists in group, functional and performance training. Our focus is on helping our clients from an everyday healthier life to the elite performance athlete. We serve the Fayetteville/Ft Bragg community and surrounding area.




Fighter's First is a 20,000 square foot facility located in Fayetteville, NC expertly designed and equipped for elite performance training. Our gym contains a private MMA room equipped with 5,000 square feet of mat with simulated cage, an isolated boxing/kickboxing room equipped with a hybrid-hexagon ring and dual-industrial doors that turn an indoor facility into an outdoor training area in seconds, a separate sport-specific indoor turf training arena equipped with sleds, bungees, jug machine and top-of-the-line equipment, a cardio area equipped with television, and weight training zone with all the necessary equipment for a complete workout.
