All members receive an induction, fitness assessment and personal fitness programme included in the membership fee, fitness programmes are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure our clients are always progressing and working towards their desired goal. A personal trainer is always available to supervise and assist our members.

It’s not all hard work, after a tough workout or a stressful day in the office the Spa area offers the perfect environment to sit back and relax.
