Welcome to Body & Soul Fitness in Cameron Park! We have traditional Cardio Strength & CSFIT (interval training) for women AND men of all fitness levels!

"Cardio/Strength is our most popular Body & Soul fitness program-classic Body & Soul! Get it all done in one well-balanced workout-great variety of Cardio routines combined with strength work, Pilates, and stretching! Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Both high and low impact cardio are demonstrated, as well as modifications for students with unique fitness challenges."

A message from our Bootcamp instructor:

" If you get bored easily of your workout routine like me, bootcamp will be a great option for you! Each class will be a different workout that uses primarily your body for all the exercises. Think of your body as your own personal workout machine that you can take anywhere! The class will have a variety of workouts that may consist of drills, circuits, HIIT, Partner workouts, stations, and games. Be prepared to sweat and feel awesome and accomplished after a great workout! All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be available for those who need them!"
