Universal Physique Gymnasium is owned and run by the class 1 champion bodybuilder, Andrew Pickering.
Some of Andy's achievements include NABBA Mr North East - 1st Place, MR UK - 3rd place, Britain finals - 2nd place and his most recent achievement is NABBA World Championships 2015 - 3rd Place.

Universal Physique Gymnasium boasts a huge array of weight lifting equipment including resistance machines, free weights, strongman equipment and a large cardio room.
It is Bridlington's top gym for all your fitness goals.
