This site is intended to assist in the education and communication of personal experiences that I have learned throughout my time.

After losing 50lbs, getting pregnant with my 4th child, gaining it all back and then some I am on a journey to fitness freedom. I am a firm believer in self education and natural awareness. I have successfully lost over 160lbs with Gastric Sleeve, I have over 10 years experience in health and fitness, and I am a single mom of 4 living children and 5 miscarriages. Much of what I know I have learned on my own or through education and training. I am always open to more information, learning and HELPING others to live happier and healthier lives. I am currently an independent distributor of oils and Nerium, both product have given me numerous amounts of personal success. The oils have helped to heal my hypothyroidism, anxiety, and depression where as Nerium is successfully helping me to focus, sleep better, and stay alert (with EHT), firm my loose skin (Nerium Firm), and help to roll back the hands of time. I truly believe you are what you eat, what you put into your body is what you will get out of it.
