I offer yoga for all abilities with a focus on the feel good factor! The Hatha yoga I teach is the yoga I love to practise, the emphasis being on flexibility, balance, wellbeing and relaxation.
The joy of yoga is that the benefits are available to everyone whether you are focusing on your physical health, mental wellbeing, or both. Ultimately it is about what you personally take with you from a class and that will be different for each student. The classes are friendly and relaxed, and I will always encourage you to practise at a level that is appropriate for you.
