Reiki is an ancient form of "hands on healing" that originated in Japan. It is a natural therapy that uses energy to balance your body, mind and spirit. This in turn helps to alleviate emotional and health problems that are caused by these imbalances.
Reiki is excellent for relaxation and stress management.
During a treatment you will lay fully clothed on my massage table (or sit on a chair, if preferred) and relax! The energy flows through my hands as I place them on or near to your body in various non-intrusive positions.
My appointments last for 1 hour - the Reiki treatment will last for approximately 45minutes allowing time for you to ask questions and "come round" following your treatment.
