Exercises will be performed on the reformer, cadillac, spine corrector, ladder barrel, wunda chair, pedi-pole, and mat.
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I take this opportunity to announce that my husband and I have returned to the Raleigh area after living in California for the last five years. Now that I have returned, I am excited to once again share my Pilates and Gyrotonic passion with friends in the Triangle area. During my time in California, I completed the Lolita San Miguel Pilates Master Mentor Program and am now recognized as a Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher. In addition, I have trained with many internationally recognized Pilates elders and learned much from their vast wealth of knowledge.
Laurabpilates offers Pilates private and semi-private training in addition to group classes. Private Sessions are available on Gratz apparatus. Each Gratz piece is designed to match the exact standards established by Joseph Pilates when designing his original apparatus. Performing Pilates movements on Gratz apparatus allows you to do the exercises as Joseph Pilates intended. Group classes are small and intimate with a maximum of three people
I am currently teaching Pilates private, semi-private and group classes at a temporary location in North Raleigh. Plans are in the works for a permanent studio in the near future.
