CANCELLATION POLICY: please give 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment otherwise the FULL fee is payable. If you have booked a block of sessions it may be that you will forfeit that session.

If you do need to cancel please ensure that you call me, as I might not have time to be checking emails etc. I can at least check voicemail. Thank you :-)
