We are CrossFit. We’ve designed this strength and conditioning facility for individuals, teams, and athletes who are all striving to reach personal goals.
CrossFit Cornwall wants to fuel a revolution in fitness that advocates the pursuit of function and that measures performance not anatomy. In group classes or one on one clients we’ll be using basic equipment such as gymnastics rings, pull up bars and kettlebells, rather than machines we aim to restore the belief that fitness is about physical movement and everyday functionality (a key product of the CrossFit philosophy). We believe that the way you train and you who surround yourself with is far more important than where you train. What is often missing from commercial gyms is the sense of belonging. CrossFit workouts are unique and 100% scalable to nearly any population, only their weights and reps are scaled. The two extremes of fitness requirements differ in intensity not kind. It is this blend of life experience within CrossFit that forges a strong sense of community unlike other gyms.
