Clearfield City Recreation, Aquatics and Fitness is here to create amazing experiences. We provide programs for youth and adults.
Clearfield City recreation provides programs for youth, adults and people with different abilities. Programs include youth sports camps, clinics and leagues; baseball, volleyball, basketball, flag football and tackle football. We provide programs for 3-5 year old children including pee wee start smart classes, tiny tot soccer and kindergarten Jr. Jazz basketball. Clearfield recreation runs fishing club, rec in the park and awesome adventures. Teens can participate at the youth resource center Monday through Thursday 3 until 5. Adult programs include men's basketball, soccer and softball, softball tournaments, Dutch oven cooking class and hunter safety.

PHOTO RELEASE
Clearfield City Corporation (the “City”) occasionally uses photographs, digital images, and/or video, either with or without audio recordings (“Photographic Images”) of residents, patrons and events in publications, other marketing efforts, and on its web site. This release grants the City permission to use your and/or your child’s Photographic Images.
Having read this document and fully understanding its contents, I hereby grant permission to Clearfield City Corporation to use Photographic Images of me and/or my child on the City’s web site, other advertising, or publications of whatever kind, without further consideration. I hereby agree and understand that all rights to the aforementioned Photographic Images now belong to the City. Accordingly, I also acknowledge the City’s right to edit, crop or treat such Photographic Images at its discretion. I further acknowledge that the City may choose not to use these Photographic Images, but authorize the City to do so at its own discretion at a later date.
I also understand that once Photographic Images are posted on either the City’s web site, other digital media, or printed in any publications, they can be copied and/or downloaded. Therefore, I agree to release, discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the City, its employees, elected or appointed officials, agents, contractors or assigns from any and all claims, whether known or unknown, seen or unforeseen, arising out of the use of the Photographic Images and any personally identifying information. The City reserves the right to discontinue use of the Photographic Images without notice.
