My name is Ben Bryant and I manage cave and canyon UK. I am a level 4 kayak coach, UKCC level 3 coach, five star kayak, five star canoe, vertical caving instructor level 2, SPA, UK canyon guide, trail cycle leader, a provider of UK canyon courses and BCU courses.

Cave and Canyon UK offer a technical advisor service. This is essential for anyone who has an AALA license. We specialize in paddlesports, canyoning, gorge walking and ghyll scrambling. We are currently advising a number of large outdoor companies in the Lake district.

We offer exciting days out to suit any ability. We can take you on an introduction to caving or ghyll scrambling, right up to extreme caving or canyoning or even getting qualified.
