We assess each individual through a battery of physical assessments to identify their weaknesses, flexibility limitations, and faulty movement patterns. These imbalances limit performance and frequently lead to injury. We use the results of these assessments to develop a comprehensive and individualized training program.
Carrying too much body fat can limit performance while also placing unnecessary stress on the joints of the body (especially, the lower back, knees, and ankles). Therefore, we also provide ongoing nutritional coaching to each athlete to help them keep their body fat and performance at optimal levels.
