The multi award winning Barn sits in the beautiful village of Loxton at the foot of Crooks Peak in Somerset. The Barn was the oldest building in Loxton and has been painstakingly rebuilt using the original stone and lovingly restored oak timber beams. At The Barn simplicity rules: nature’s honest beauty evident in every finish from natural and grounding grey flagstone flooring and chunky oak ceilings to paints with the highest eco credentials. Authentic in every sense, The Barn is a rustic retreat - at one with nature.
Leading nationally, the second generation Barn connects its cutting edge treatments and holistic therapies with the calm and healing of the natural world. Set within two acres of land, it is a totally private environment where space, peace and tranquility have been prioritised. With generous treatment rooms and a separate, uniquely designed relaxation lounge with views over the magnificent Crooks Peak, we are now more able than ever to help you escape, however briefly, and take the stress away from everyday living.
The Barn has a kitchen table at its heart – wooden, antique, rustic, The Skin Bar is the place where client and therapist come together - and analyse individually what is best for each client - what is truly best for them, their wellbeing, their skin. The Barn also uniquely offers each client a soothing bathing experience: a raw copper bath – equipped with candles and pots of mineral salts, aromatic fresh herbs, essential oils and flower petals - for private moments of reflection - particularly after a treatment… a healing space for true relaxation and escape.
