Kundalini yoga has profoundly impacted my life and having practiced yoga for my whole adult life, I feel it is the most effective form, enhancing life on all levels! I am therefore taking on the challenge of Yogi Bahjan and am in training to be a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) qualified Kundalini Yoga Instructor through Sahej Academy, keeping true to Yogi Bahjan’s teachings.
