Sports Massage Treatments: £30 for 1 hour session (Specific treatments available by individual arrangement after initial consultation)
Personal or Small Group Training: From £30 per hour session by individual arrangement after initial consultation.
Circuit Training: Resistance training-based general conditioning. Wednesdays & Fridays at 0615-0715 (£5 per person)
Strength Classes: Barbell strength training (Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, Press) every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 0930-1100 and 1830-2000 (£7.50 per person)
