Concordia Leisure Centre is one of the largest leisure centres in the North-East.
The newly refurbished leisure pool has amazing interactive water features that will delight younger swimmers. We have a superbly equipped gym with a full range of fitness classes and there are excellent indoor sports facilities including sports hall, squash courts, climbing wall and bowls hall.

Enough excuses, we’ve heard them all before ‘the kids take up all my time’ or ‘I am too busy with work’ etc. etc. If you want to do it, do it.
We find our selves getting lazy, finishing work curling up on the sofa eating sweeties watching Eastenders….. Piling the weight on.
