Having always been fascinated by the reflexology principle that the foot is map of the body, I decided to study the practice when I was pregnant with my first child. I found the treatments to be particularly beneficial for water retention and my general wellbeing. I now specialise in pregnancy and fertility reflexology. I also offer Baby Reflexology workshops.
