Salt Therapy helps with respiratory problems such as asthma and COPD, boosts the immune system and is great for stress relief and deep relaxation! A salt therapy session involves relaxing in one of our zero gravity chairs, listening to the sound of the ocean and breathing in the salt air. Our salt therapy room has over 4,000 pounds of Himalayan Salt on the floor and walls and is lit only by beautiful Himalayan Salt Lamps.
