WHAT is JOUNCE?? Jounce is an intense workout on an individual trampoline with a handlebar. This energetic exercise routine incorporates movements using your legs, buttocks, arms & abs. Classes are conducted with the lights dimmed low to popular upbeat music. During class you can burn up to 1000 calories! Jouncing helps improve cellulite & weight loss while reducing strain & pressure on your joints.
