Functional Fitness bootcamps designed to get you in the shape of your life.

Using your own bodyweight, but also equipment such as kettlebells, dumbells, boxes and lots more.

Lots of floor space to work on bodyweight exercises such as squats, pushups and running etc.

No matter your fitness levels these classes are for you.

All these classes are designed for everyone to take part in, you are guaranteed a
fun and effective workout.

Q. DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO START BOOTCAMP?

A. Most definitely not, the workouts are designed for people of all fitness levels, we cater for people who haven’t done any exercise at all, to people who train regularly.

Q. CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO TRAIN WITH ME?

A. Of course, bring along a friend or family member to any workout and take part in the workout with them.

Q. CAN I TRY THE CLASS BEFORE SIGNING UP TO A MEMBERSHIP?

A. Yes, we offer a 1 week free trial, with no obligation to sign up after.

Q. HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I TRY AND ATTEND PER WEEK?

A. We advice aiming to get to 3 or 4 classes per week, this allows you to see the variety of workouts we do, while also noticing a big change in your body shape and fitness levels.

Q. I DONT USUALLY DO BOOTCAMPS, DO I NEED AN INDUCTION TO COME TO CLASS?

A. No induction is needed, all you need to do is come along to class 5-10 minutes before the workout starts and tell the instructor that this is your first class and they will go through everything with you to make you are comfortable with everyone we do.
