Welcome to my ZUMBA, and AQUA ZUMBA Classes which I hold in WEYMOUTH, DORCHESTER and WARMWELL.
My classes are for EVERYONE - ALL AGES, FITNESS LEVELS, GENDERS and ABILITIES. So if you are looking for an exercise class that really is FUN, very EFFECTIVE, burn HUGE CALORIES, TONE YOUR BODY, IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS, - or simply to FEEL GOOD AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS then these classes are for you!
