Yoga Basics for a Peaceful Life
A solid foundation is a must for a strong yoga practice. Build yours with a well-rounded class that works, strengthens, and stretches your entire body. Students of all levels will move through basic poses that are featured in all our classes.
YogaRx for Seniors
The instructor will use the proper tools and techniques to provide a very gentle yoga class that will provide poses and postures to strengthen bones, increase balance, and lengthen your stretch.
Your Inner Presence with YogaRx (Level 1)
Building from the basics class, Your Inner Presence will continue to help you build a solid foundation in your yoga practice. This class will introduce vinyasa flows and options to challenge the student when they are ready. Students of all levels will move through poses that are featured in all our classes.
Peaceful Presence with YogaRx (Level 2)
Ready for a challenge? This class builds off level 1 (Your Inner Presence) with a quicker pace, additional poses, and an extensive core sequence. Strengthen and tone your body that takes your practice to the next level.
Hot Yoga (at Fitness Factory location only)
Will use the principles of Level 1 and add heat. You will sweat, release toxins, go deeper into poses, and stretching...and you will love it!
