YogaBellies offer beautiful classes for women during the prenatal period. We use proven holistic therapies, practices and yoga techniques to guide you through the amazing journey that is pregnancy and birth.
Our prenatal sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures; self-hypnosis and deep relaxation; soothing comfort techniques for birthing and unique YogaBellies® touch therapies for mum and baby. These classes are open to all women and 86% of our students have never set foot in a yoga class before.
Yoga for Women
YogaBelles has evolved over the past decade, around the natural yoga practices of women. Cheryl MacDonald, founder of YogaBellies, created YogaBelles for all women, working around the key life stages, our hormonal variations, natural flexibility and the specific needs of women. YogaBelles uses a unique combination of yoga, aromatherapy and massage. to soothe the soul and strengthen body and mind.
Classes use a unique combination of yoga postures, massage and aromatherapy to enhance the effects of your practice. Our unique women specific yoga sequences are combined with the use of artisan aromatherapy blends created to accompany and enhance your personal yoga journey created exclusively by JustBe Botanicals.
When you come to class you will be provided with everything you need on your journey. Including a gorgeous, shiny and clean custom designed YogaBellies yoga mat and any props you need to use in class. As well as a bespoke pack to accompany your journey which you can take home, comprising of your Yogabelles tote bag and exclusive JustBe artisan aromatherapy oils to enhance your YogaBelles practice.
