Yoga offers the chance for deep relaxation, self discovery and a re-connection with the joy of life itself. Yoga helps us to maintain good health; boosts energy and has a wonderful creative spin off.
The reason I teach Yoga is a love to share the deep and lasting benefits that we can gain from yoga practice. Calmness, relaxation, contentment, enhanced freedom of movement, increased strength, improved balance and above all feeling the rapture of being fully alive.

The weekly yoga sessions will introduce you to Hatha Yoga practice. The sessions will involve slow-paced stretching and dynamic movement coordinated with the breath and meditation. You do not need to be at a high level of physical fitness to participate and benefit from this practice. Hatha postures are accessible to most people in moderate heath.
Byddwch yn cael eich cyflwyno i'r dull Yoga Hatha. Bydd yn ddosbarthiadau yn cynnwys ymestyn yn araf a symudiadau grymus fyd yn cyd-fynd ag anadlu a myfyrio. Peidiwch a phoeni os byddwch yn gall gwneud y symudiadau. Mae Yoga Hatha yn addas i'r rhan fwyaf sydd mewn iechyd rhesymol, does dim rhaid bod mewn cyflwr neilltuol o dda.
Please bring along a mat and a blanket, however a few mats and blankets will be provided for you to borrow should you need them.
