In 1975 WABBA was founded by 5x world champion Serge Nubret and then in 1992 WABBA Qualifications was founded by Alan Runacres - a former GB Olympic Weight Lifting and Senior National Powerlifting Coach. Alan is also a multi-published author, and trainer of more than 50 British, European and World Sports Champions.
wabba.fitness is part of the WABBA Qualifications group, backed by over 40+ years of fitness training experience and knowledge developed by our founder and WABBA fitness courses, personal trainer courses, strength coach and bodybuilding courses are packed with specialist knowledge and information from former world champions and coaches.
The unique 'WABBA Way' of how to do it as it was meant to be done rather than just as the latest fitness fad, means that we don't teach our trainers 'parrot fashion to pass exam'.
