Vtt Fitness




We offer classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Classes consist of a wide variety of exercises such as circuit training, crosstraining, interval training, muscle toning, adventure/obstacle course race training and high calorie burning workouts. All fitness levels are welcomed and will be challenged. Whatever your goal is we will help you achieve it.

Drop-in fee: 8$
3 classes for 22$
10 classes for 65$
Or 65$ for the month
