Jonathan Van Roo specializes in Karate based Martial Arts, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Jon also teaches fun and challenging Kids Yoga and Karate classes. Jon holds a Black Belt in Karate and 200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certification with Jaya Yoga. Jon has been teaching Martial Arts for over 15 years, and Yoga for a little over two years.
Holly Hust specializes in Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts for Fitness, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Holly is a Personal Trainer. Holly also teaches Prenatal Yoga. Holly has been teaching Martial Arts since 2004 and yoga for two years. Holly is certified with ACE Group Fitness and 200 RYT Yoga Alliance with Jaya Yoga.
