There are 3 levels of packages available each with an initial consultation to check that you are fit to train and that you are serious about what you hope to achieve. Im here to help facilitate you goals and make it happen in realistic time frame, smart objective. I will include, recipes for health eatwell meals, inspirational images, my training videos, and more. I can also help with some counselling issues like panic attacks, nutritional adivice for special groups like pre and post natal women, mature and young and disabled adults.
