No two Reiki treatments are the same (both for the practitioner and the client), one can never really know what will happen - but whatever happens it is ALWAYS good and for the highest benefit of all. I cannot put into words the effect Reiki has on a person (physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally)... it is so beautiful that words simply fail to describe it.
:-) And for those who don't know...yes you will be fully clothed lol, lying on top of an electric blanket and covered with another cosy blanket lol...the only thing you will be asked to do is to let go...and embrace the next hour or so with all your heart. :-) :-) :-).

REIKI AND CACAO 1-1
The partnership of the gentle Reiki and the very intense yet very soft Ceremonial Cacao is utterly amazing. Sessions take twice as long as Reiki sessions, as time must be allowed for the Cacao to work.

CONTRADICTIONS:
NOT recommended if you take antidepressants on regular basis

PREPARATION FOR THE CEREMONY:
avoid food, coffee, dairy products for approx. 4hrs prior to the ceremony
drink plenty of water before, during and after (please don't underestimate this)
bring your own pillow/blanket/sleeping bag; wear comfortable warm clothing
get excited :-)...this special time is 'YOUR TIME' – time for exploration, healing, letting go, maybe few tears, maybe laughter....your experience will be unique to you....
