Exercising in a group is a fun way to get fit and stay motivated! This class has now evolved seeing a new layout, new vibe and a whole new approach, starting from September 2017.
Led by a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer, the class will adopt the circuit layout with many add ons. The classes will be £5 per session with a **Special Offer** paying in blocks of 8 at £35 only. (please see our terms and conditions)
