After 20 years working in the NHS I took the plunge and re-trained in complementary health.
I did this after experiencing its positive effects on myself which made me realised that we are relying far to much on medication to treat minor illnesses.
Nature has been providing us with its healing properties for centuries and now is the time to except a helping hand from nature.
