The first Reebok Crossfit Affliate in Western Canada is run by 2011 Canadian Crossfit Regional Champ Jason Cain and his wife, Rebecca Winterhalt. Come and train and be coached by some of the finest Crossfitters in the country. Our coaching staff have reached international levels in gymnastics, wrestling, and Crossfit, and are eager to share their passion for all things fitness with you. Our program will push you to your limits and provide you with results that you never thought imaginable.
