Pro Martial Arts was established and opened in March 2013 by our Chief Instructor Tracy Edghill.

We are a family-orientated Martial Arts club that teaches Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing by a team of dedicated instructors whom each have a wealth and depth of knowledge spanning 30 years.

Our classes are open to Adults and Children and we have our own Ladies-only sessions too.

We cater for all fitness levels and for beginners who are starting out on their Martial Arts career.

Whether your aim is to achieve good health and fitness or become an elite black belt; we have the program to assist your growth and progress plan.
