The Studio offers theatre enhanced cycling on Real Ryder bikes, TRX and kettlebell training, strength training, pilates, and yoga.




Revolution Fitness specializes in the most advanced spinning classes available. The owner, Tracy Martins, has been teaching Group Fitness, Spinning, and Yoga for over 25 years.
Also a lifelong drummer/percussionist, you'll often get the chance to have him start playing the drums right beside you while you ride in one of the most sophisticated indoor theaters on the west coast.
We are also proud to feature Real Ryder indoor bikes. Real Ryder bikes lean and move while you ride them, giving not only the best cardio workout, but also an amazing core workout.
Classes vary from Core Ryding (Abs & Ryding) to Power Ryding (Weights & Ryding), TRX/Kettlebells, HIIT, and Yoga with Chakra Crystal Bowl guided meditations.
