McLaren Community Leisure Centre is a charitable ‘not for profit organisation’ which belongs to the local community, is led by a voluntary Board of unpaid Directors, and is run by a paid and versatile Management Team and staff. A fantastic facility which offers lots of community opportunities including jobs, courses and qualifications and a wide range of services for young and old- there is something for everyone at McLaren.
It is one of the largest local charities, employing over 18 staff (full-time and part-time), and uses local trades-people wherever possible.

Our priorities:
Our number one priority is Safety: we train our staff in safety procedures and in a range of other areas that contribute to making the Centre safer for the public e.g. Lifeguards and First Aid training.
Customer service: we are committed to providing an enjoyable and high quality leisure experience for all users of the Centre.
Costs: we will always give a higher priority to safety and customer service than to cost savings.
Customer feedback is vital to meeting our customer needs. We politely request that concerns and complaints are submitted through the appropriate channels which are; comments and suggestions forms obtained from our reception, written letter marked for the attention of Centre Manager, or emailing trish@mclarenleisure.co.uk
